The room had basic amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom included free toiletries and a shower with good water pressure. They also had a nice outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness center available. Staff were attentive and helpful during check-in, making the process smooth.

The room was a big letdown. It looked nothing like the pictures online. The mattress was old and uncomfortable, and the bedding didn’t seem clean. I found some bugs in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling. Not cool. I also noticed the carpet was super dirty, and I was worried about what I was walking on. Honestly, I couldn't wait to check out.

The room was quite spacious with comfortable beds and a nice balcony for relaxation. The kids loved the flat-screen TV, which kept them entertained during downtime. The housekeeping staff did a great job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay.
